Ya know...thinking about it, the two jedi I portray (Solinbeb Newau & Erron Golin) were both trained by the same jedi, Carmon Duuley. Solinbeb had been knighted during the Clone Wars, and Erron had just become a padawan right before Order 66 was issued. Solinbeb Newau "Barak" Erron Golin Yet, Solinbeb vanishes in the Corporate Sector, whereas Erron gets his name removed from the Jedi Records and takes up a position within the Rebel Alliance...and later starts an academy on his homeworld or Danok. (If you get bored, do a search for "The Jedi Praxis"...or go to members.tripod.com/~Master_Golin/Entrance.html my web-based RP academy which I'm surprised Tripod hasn't taken down yet.

The "Silent" Knight Solinbeb Newau was born on Lorrd thirty-six years before the battle of Yavin and the destruction of the first Death Star. (He was four during the Trade Dispute over Naboo.) A jedi knight, Carmon Duuley, discovered the toddler Solinbeb during a routine mission in the Kanz sector to aid in the mediation of a trade dispute. After gaining the permission of the boy's parents, he returned with the boy to Coruscant and had him formally tested for entrance into the Jedi temple. Even at the age of three, Solinbeb was never very vocal, though most were uncertain as to why, whether it being because he had difficulty with basic speech, or if he was just naturally quiet. He was accepted and entered into the Bear clan where he witnessed and was fascinated with the then Jedi Dooku and his interactions with Yoda...especially his ability with a lightsaber. During the early years of his training, Solinbeb showed considerable promise in self-control as well as when using a lightsaber, having chosen a curved hilt to use (against Yoda's wishes) and became rather adept at using such, both in defense against remotes as well as in practice against other students. Within the next few years, his clan was being dispursed as several had been chosen by masters to become padawans, with Solinbeb being chosen my the man who had discovered him, Carmon Duuley. Carmon Duuley, now a master in his own right, had observed Solinbeb's training and had realized his natural combat style and continued to teach him along the same techniques, granting him a ligthsaber from his archaic collection, a curved-hilt design similar to the one he had trained with as a youngling...given to him by his own master. Solinbeb proved to be a very apt pupil under his master's instruction, over-coming his speech issues while still remaining the silent observer, later coming to notice more of people's body language and empathic communication, including such influences to aid his master during missions. Although Solinbeb was becoming rather adept in mediations, Master Duuley decided that he should expand on his lighsaber skills and in discussions with Master Drallig, the two decided that Solinbeb should take to dual wielding with both the curved hilt and the shoto to aid in his defense against weapons other than another blade...though Solinbeb's preference remained to hope to avoid combat at all. As the Clone Wars start, Master Duuley sumbits Solinbeb to the council for his trials, as he felt like many other masters that more knights would be needed. Though Solinbeb did not yet feel himself ready for the trials, the council passes him through with considerable ease and gave him his first assignment, that of pursuing a possible threat in the Outer Rim territories. While tracking the threat, his journey led him back into the Corporate Sector where he was last seen going undercover to blend back in with those in the Kanz sector. ------------------------ "The ability to speak does not make you intelligent." ―Qui-Gon Jinn to Jar Jar Binks "Just because I'm not speaking, doesn't mean I don't understand." -- Solinbeb Newau

Between mine, Solinbeb is the newer character. Barak is how I was when I first started role playing...now I've mellowed some and gotten more serious, so I'm Solinbeb now...yet, timeline wise, "Barak" Garth Erron Knight Golin (as his full name ended up) was trained by the same master briefly right after Solinbeb was granted knighthood. Age-wise I was Barak until I turned 22. I didn't start in with Solinbeb until a year later. Me as Barak (with me at 19) was Me as Barak at 22 was Then it went to me as Solinbeb And finally Yet, I still haven't had time to get my costume updated so I can be official again.

Kryin Dragen grew up on Coruscant in the slums where he learned that power can make change. He joined the Empire early in life to see the galaxy, and to escape his surroundings, Being a natural pilot he excelled in the Empire. His leanings at first where Dark Sided as do to the harsh conditions in his upbringing and his Imperial training. And He wanted power for change to make a better future but he was going about it the wrong way. But fortunately He became more and more disillusioned with the Empire, and the dark side. He yearned to be free of the oppression he felt and saw all around him. He left when he saw the mistreatment of non humans and the grave Injustice being done to others by the chain of command whom where more and more becoming antagonistic toward his hesitance to do the missions with no questions. Becoming a gun for Hire in the many skirmishes in the early rebel revolt , He had a made a name for Himself and his Headhunter fighter craft that though old it could out preform some of the current fighter craft the Empire had out in the field. He survived many battles and was noticed to be force sensitive , by a Jedi Friend (Emerita) who remarked thats not luck keeping you alive Kryin its more. Emerita would explain some of the Jedi teachings to him making him yearn for more and to be on that higher plane she was on , as he was never at peace unless learning with her. He started Jedi training later in life and has a knack for picking it up fairly quickly. He still has a ways to go and does falter on occasion but with the guidance of his master he will not stray from the path often. His master is Emerita. After his training he was promoted to Jedi Knight but still looks to his former master for guidance. Now at the urging of his former Master Kryin has taken on a apprentice to train it remains to be seen if he can train on a level par to his mentor.

Okay...here's mine.
NAME: Cara Drume' AGE: early twenties HOME PLANET: Dantooine AFFILIATION: Jedi
No one thought of Cara as a propsective Jedi. Orphaned at age five, she was raised by her grandmother until a traveling Jedi master, Tsunai Ko, discovered her and brought her to Coruscant. The Jedi Council was skeptical of this young lady at first, but Master Ko was so adamant that they finally gave in, but only because they were already getting short on Jedi, and because Anakin Skywalker had been admitted late. She caught up to her fellow students quickly. Her fate would be forever tied to Anakin's, for she had many disturbing dreams concerning the Chosen One and his future. However she told no one of these dreams, not even her Master. She soon cam to regret this as she foresaw the execution of Order 66...and remained quiet until it was too late.
Cara managed to escape the Jedi Purge, but her master did not. They were not near any clones when Order 66 was executed, but Master Ko returned to the Jedi temple and was slain. Now, Cara remains a Jedi in hiding, using her Jedi abilities only when necessary and wondering if the Jedi will ever return. Little does she know tjhe plans of an eccentric old hermit waiting on Tatooine...
