Well he is half the size of godzilla and looks like the devil/half goat, half man type figure. He is not the guy on the cover of doom 3, thats the hell knight.

heres the review:

Suprisingly they actually stuck pretty well to the game. They included 3 of the monsters, the imp, hell knight, and of coarse the possesed zombies. The two main characters are sarge(the rock) and the reaper being the hero.
As i suspected though they made the monsters with more of a bio engerneered resident evil type origin instead of straight from hell. during the last 15 minutes you see through the reapers eyes(just like the game first person) There are no pentagrams, fire or anything like that except for the lights flickering when something is coming. There is no hell scene or cyber demon like the game but they do include the portals and excavation area where they discovered more advanced beings they unleashed the demons before. There is however a twist which i will give a hint to. The main monster in the end is what you would least expect. overall rating about a 3/5 Dont expect a sequel

i know im kinda dissapointed because that is what made doom..doom. I mean on the game you'd be walking down a hall and all of a sudden it turns red, demonic symbols would appear and a demon would come out of the ground. There was no candles or ritual type things and the movie really didn't start untill the last 30 minutes because most of the movie was sneaking around. But ill tell you one thing that theater was fool of game nerds like me. When it went to first person mode everybody starting screaming from excitement, and it has made me want to go and rent doom 3 yet again...the one thing i hate though is the ending was bad but not as bad as the knights of the old republic 2 ending.

Well went out and rented doom three today to compare it to the movie and man i forgot how easy they made it look in movie. At least they had guns with lights connected to it instead of switching back and forth. Overall the move sticks to the game exept the ending.

Saw it on friday not a bad flick...I really hate the whole wrestling star gone actor thing. The Rock was pretty lame and I feel brought the whole movie down.

would you have rather seen the monsters as demons or ..bio creations
