We were both quite a ways south of the damage. We're starting to hear from our Minnesota Force friends in the area, and so far, so good.

Glad all you guys are okay! I've come to a predicament with school. My Financial Aid went through fine, but the checks will not be delivered until mid-July...and the Summer Semester starts June 16th. Without that check, I can't get my books. All of them are required, and the college does no loan or vouchers in Summer.  I've been putting out job applications like a feind; I even went door to door today hanging out flyers for dog-walking. I know it's kinda selfish, but could you please pray that I can raise the money for my books? Thanks. |

Best wishes to both Mon Jas and Cara.
Cara, any chance you can buddy up with someone else in the class and share books? It's kind of a pain, but might get you through in a pinch. Another thought is a short-term loan from friends or family just until your check arrives in July. Hope it works out OK!

I have a request that you guys would pray for my Mom since she got some not so good news from the Doctors Today. She found out she is losing blood and the Doctors don't know why. On tuesday she is scheduled for a CT scan to see if that can tell them anything. She is very Frustrated.
I also need to find another job after school this fall, what fun, because I really need to get out of my Parents house, I have been doing nothing but argueing with my family lately.
So please pray for me and my mom.

She's been in the hospital since Sunday.
