Again I ask for some needed prayers to sell my car, a '66 Mustang. I'll get nowhere what I put into it as I was really shafted. After buying it for $5k, I've put in another $12k and it still needs more work. I'd be lucky to get $8-9k. Please include me in your thoughts and prayers as I need to sell this to pay off credit cards and bills. Thank you!

Cem-Ji: will keep you in my prayer Mon-Jas: continue to keep Danine and you both in my prayers.
I also ask prayers for my brother-in-law, Jim. He's in the hospital with anemia so severe he was having chest pains. Workup has just begun so we know little but it seems he may have been bleeding from somewhere for at least a week. He's also Developmentally Disabled.

Jim had tests today and said they found two bleeding areas in his esophagus. I guess the reglan he'd been given for GERD didn't do the job! Ya, think? Reglan is more for nausea than GERD. Well, now he's on protonex, which sounds more like the right drug, since he's now got erosive esophagitis!! I guess he'd had really bad heartburn but didn't tell the doctor the Reglan wasn't working for him. What he'd interpreted as chest pain was, after all, REALLY bad heart burn. Well, actually, erosive esophagitis
Anyway, what's wrong with him can be managed medically and it certainly isn't the worst thing it could be!

Kai ... that is good news ... a couple of years ago I was rushed to the hospital for a possible heart attack ... turned out to be the beginnings of erosive esophagitis ... been on Nexium ever since ... last check up the esophagitis was healed ... Please tell him to have faith with the proper treatment it will be healed.

I have a requst actually. In September my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. They did the surgery and said they were 98% sure she was cured. However, I found out last Saturday that my mother went in for her first mammogram since the surgery, and failed it. There is a possability that it is just scar tissue left over, however she was told that she had a very aggressive type of cancer and there is talk of chemo theropy and other very drastic procedures if it turns out to be something worse.

-Thanks JediKai! I pray your brother-in-law recovers quickly. -Mon-Jas, I pray Danine had some good news today about her back. -Destiny, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your mother. My Dad had cancer so I know all too well about it.
I'll be requesting more thoughts and prayers but this time, its for my brother-in-law. He has bipolar and went back into the 'hospital' last night. He was first diagnosed a year ago (same time actually) after an episode. He's been doing well since then but the doc took dropped him from 4 to 3 medications last month and apparently it didn't work. Hopefully they can get the right combination of drugs for him. Thank you!
