Do they ever use the Jedi mind-tricks on you? "You will not feed me dry food anymore. You will buy me catnip. You will scratch my belly for the next 20 minutes.... They don't use jedi mind tricks on me...I do use them on them, however. Found something in a cat "training" book that if you visualize what you want them to do when you're talking to them, they're supposed to pick up on it. Mogui's the one who links with me the most, though. |

So sorry about the lost kitty, Whinter!  I've lost a lot of pets in the past, and the latest one was almost too much to bear. It's been almost four months since I saw my 'baby', Annie, loaded onto that dreadful Animal Control truck and I still cry for her. I do feel ready for another pet, but can't get one yet because of the financial circumstances.  The cats running around the apartment complex give me my 'fur fix' for now. In the meantime I have the happy task of deciding what pet to get. I've got my heart set on a Beagle; small enough so it won't knock you (or your one and a half year old nephew) down, but big enough that you don't have to worry about stepping on the poor thing. That's cool you can link with your cats, Solinbeb. I nevr knew one could do that! I need to try that if I ever get a cat again... |

Well I can now have the cat and dog out and about. EVery once ina while they get in a small spat. Cat wins of course..lol.. Chance (dog) I think is afarid of the cat. He gets up close to sniff the cat and then when hes hissed at the dog backs away and runs into the bedroom to his corner.. The only time he wants to really get close tot he cat is when I am holding him.. Go figure..
So mabey in a month or so both will be friends...

Thank you Himiko and UnderCoverJedi. You're right, Himiko. I was truly blessed to have had Fenway as long as I did. Very lucky, indeed.  Pets certainly give alot of sunshine to our lives. |

Thank you Himiko and UnderCoverJedi. You're right, Himiko. I was truly blessed to have had Fenway as long as I did. Very lucky, indeed. Pets certainly give alot of sunshine to our lives. That they can.. Especially when your mad or upset they always manage to cheer you up. |

I can't win. I am easily manipulated by a cute, purring feline that wants attention. It might be the amount of time I've spent mind tricking Mogui...he's gotten to where he'll come to me if he thinks I need him, now. |

He'll see me and meow and wait till I come over to him. He's developed a taste for my rice crispy cereal.. He's so spoiled now.. gets his kitty treats daily and normaly a few times a day and he has power over the dog. I woke up today with him curled next to me and the dog on the floor. Normaly the dog is on the bed..hehe |

Hey, anyone ever had a Beagle? I've seen enough videos on YouTube and read enough about them that now I fear I'm hooked on the breed. I want to find out as much as I can before getting one; I also have to convince my dad. |
