Good movie, The Island! But in a disturbing, gross sort of way. Too relaistic. That's what makes it scary. But Ewan was very good in it!

But Ewan was very good in it! He's been good in everything I've seen him in, except maybe the Pillow Book. I don't count that though as it is a truly weird movie.

Yeah, there was some gross stuff in there. But it made sense to the plot. I was creeped by the guns with the barbs and lines attached, yuck! It does have it's fair share of car crashes, but they're mostly pretty inventive ones. I think that the producers are like right wing against stem cell research types, let's show them the worst case scenario if we let this happen, then we'll have clones & we'll do this....................But if they were rich enough & could live 70 years longer that way, they'd be the first in line for it.

And they fight each other too! *fans self* But where was that scene he spoke about on the tonight show? I was kinda chuckling at the product placement too, Nova... meaning product as in the advertising, not the clones... although he looked really good as a displaced product... lol! Well I hope the film does better this week. It doesn't look like it's going to break even.

Hmm... well, to truly understand the force, one must study all it's aspects.... even the nature of the dark side...

Study it, don't do it, so yeah, more movies like that will show us. lol! Sorry, don't mean to start an argument, but I found that movie to be very realistic. I bet we will get to that point eventually, but i hope not.

well... the realism was diminished when they smashed through the glass and didn't get sliced up.... and where was the driver of that truck with the train wheels... didn't he know he was losing his load?

Ewan's voice is in a new movie this week, Valiant. I think he's a pigeon. The review I heard didn't like it, but it's a cartoon.

I saw Valiant yeaterday. Good movie! IT's about English carrier pigions in WWII and is based on a true story.
It has it's humor and it's poignant moments. The trailors don't do it justice. Ewan plays the title character, Valiant, who's code name is "Pipsqueak".
I don't usually go see animateds, but I'll definately go see this again.

Karm wants to see "Valiant" badly -- he's a major WWII buff. Glad to know its worth the money. I was deeply disappointed in "Robots"
