Or if not, than what do you have a picture of?

Mine's a screenshot from AotC, cropped and some effects added.... I like doing that, making desktop backgrounds... I have several that I switch between.

I have a desktop that I found somewhere doing a search.
In the upper left corner, it has the hooded Anakin with "Sith" eyes, as he's turning to the Darkside.
The bottom center has Anakin and Obi-Wan clashing blades together in a classic pose, and it's all reddish-orangy like lava all around them in sort of an aura.
And above that, to the right, it has a Yoda quote:
"A Jedi's strength flows from the Force.
But beware of the Darkside.
Anger, fear, aggression;
The Darkside of the Force are they.
Easily the flow.
Quick to join you in a fight.
If once you start down the dark path,
Forever will it dominate your destiny.
Consume you it will,
as it did Obi-Wan's apprentice."

Yoda, tinged green by the glow of his lightsaber...from EP II and made by Preston Hunt.
On the laptop it's a collage of Qui-Gon made by"Sandra". I've had it a long time and don't know where I got it but it's my absolute fav. It's also the wall paper on my cell phone!

I have the "Imperial" form of the Jedi Symbol reverse embossed on a silver background that starts to get darker as you move down and eventually fades to black

I have a plain, dark blue desktop with nothing on it. I never seem to get around to putting a picture on it. Between the large fonts and the scrollbars and things, I've got enough going on with my Windows anyway.
I do have bubbles and textures on my desktops at work, but they're just canned desktops that come with Windows.

I usually have a montage of all the lightsabers in my collection as my backdrop.
However, I do change my desktop from time to time...sometimes I'll put the pic of a recently acquired collectible/merchandise on my desktop, or other SW pics, and sometimes pics from other sci-fi/fantasy genre like Final Fantasy, LOTR, Star Trek, Gundam etc, or pics I took of landscapes or interesting things during a recent trip...
