It looks shadowed by the robe sleeve.
Still, hemmed or pinned, the sleeves are shortened, right?

The shadow looks the same shade as the over tunic. I don't think it is a shadow. Maybe he rolled up the over robe sleeves so he could cool off some.
As for the under tunic sleeves. It's possible he's wearing one that's a bit too long. Excess fabric had no place to go but around the wrists.

Or a costume like Adimundi woule be accepted? But without all the make up? Yes. It's considered a brown/tan movie costume. It's what I made for me second costume you see on the website. Only I added sleeves and not the hood. |

Hmmmmm, now I don't feel so bothered about the sleeve on my dark brown robe being a little shorter than I like (they're not not a short as his).

Yeah I don't see why Anakin's cloak from ep 2 would not be accepted as long as it's the brown color. It;s likes Lukes in ep 6. To some it's black but in actuality it's a brown.
