Carol - Even if you lost ALL your hair, you'd still be beautiful. No Doubt about that!

Blog updated with photo. I expected just a little hair loss, like waht is shown at the back of the graft the way the guys at the clinic kept talking. The hairline was right up to the graft itself. www.freewebs.com/sendusaquarter/blog.htm

Pardon me if I'm putting my foot in my mouth, but it looks like it's healing well. Keep hanging in there.

Yea the graft itself is healing well and I am grateful for that. They seem pretty confident that they are getting all of the cancer, I just hope they are. They cannot really test to make sure, so we are all just guessing really.
Still losing more hair. It a little farther over on the side now. I am glad I cut off my braid. I probably would haev lost at least part of it anyways

It seems like it's receding from the edge of the graft. Thinning too? But it will grow back everywhere but where the graft is, right?

Carol, I hate to say this.... but remember the 80's hair? Short on top and long on the sides? You could grow a Jedi mullet! -------- ...or was that the 90's?

LOL! Now that's an idea...
But don't they call it a "fullet" on a girl?
=============================
For the first time I am experiencing some pain on the head. Not much, just enough to be annoying more than painful. I guess there's no hair up there now to shield everything

Continued prayers for you. The graft does look better. Sometimes people feel better getting the hair cut short rather than experiencing large clumps falling out. Depends on the individual.
