I personally woun't wear it with a Jedi costume, but you should make the rest of a Grievous costume, somehow.

scanned in the grievous cape from the lego figure blackened out the skull in paint peiced together a large pattern using ppt and then spraypainted it. the spraypaint didn't hold as well in some places but the fadded portions make it look better I think...

Indeed I thought it was intentional as well- gives it a weathered/aged look! ;D Should you wear it with your Jedi robes? Jedi would not wear "trophies" (the same way a particular Bounty Hunter wears Wookie Scalps )... But who knows what (if any) Jedi that are left after Order 66 would do- the old codes might go out the window as it would all be about survival. Personally, unless you are attending a "Canon Only" event, I say wear it- it's extremely cool! Definite conversation starter! ;D

Neat cape, but finish the Greivous costume, then we can give you a serious case of HEARTBURN! HeeHee!

I might do a brown cape for my Jedi if there's enough fabric left over from the robe. After all, kids at cons want pictures and Jedi, not canon freaks. 'Course, TJA's both of them, but you know what I mean

Capes are accaptable as jedi wear I think, Luke does wear one, and I might add, his ROTJ costume might be black, BUT, his cape is DARK BROWN! There is a very good shot of of it in the Limited ED. of DAG. At last, the true colour is revealed.

well it IS acceptable by the rules - capes are allowed but they can't be black.
