I know I saw 4450 the 1st time & went, let's just say a bit nuts. I believe mine are all the 4450 with modifications done by a seamstress in a muslin version 1st. I had to have adjustments to the shoulders & waist.

I had to have adjustments to the shoulders & waist. I should have made adjustments to the shoulders, but I'm not good at making too many alterations. To get the tunic to fit around me I had to make a large size, so the shoulders are too big. On the bright side, I thought the sleeves ought to have deeper hems, and to fit me they have 4" hems! Looks much better than the "narrow hem" the pattern calls for.

I had to make extra large for myself because I have shoulder probs. I made shoulder tucks to shorten sleeves.

Simplicity is removing all its SW patterns from the retail stores - I believe its something due to copyrights. Try ordering from their website.

I've never thought these patterns were the end-all, anyway. My standard Jedi tunic pattern is adapted from a kimono pattern. I've never used these.

I used 5840 as well, unfortunately, I have no cash for a decent camera right now I modified it, too. My obi and tabbards were just rectangles...I NOT a seamstress!

I think that rectangular tabbards is the way to go anyway.
