Hey, that's not too bad at all! Your grandmother sewed yours? I'm jealous. Maybe I can convince my mom to sew mine...

Congratulations! You are well on your way! ....and....I just happen to have a sleeveless and hooded robe with an eliptical hem that I don't use.... made from 100% wool... Interested?

I think it looks great, I really like the look of the flared tabbards, reminds me of Sub Zero and the like from Mortal Kombat, and they were just too cool. You might want to iron out the creases in those pants though, or forever be known as an office Jedi!

Sorry it took a bit longer than anticipated, but here's my ideas about a poncho/cape... From drawing the picture, and knowing how my cloak (same as Anakin's) stays on my shoulders (but can still slip backwards occasionally) I really think you will have trouble getting any sleeveless cape or cloak to stay in place on those extended tabards, as it won't be able to anchor against your shoulders for stability... Best of luck with your costume though, I hope the picture is of help

Tranzan: Yeah that does help quite a bit, no problem on the timescale thing, and now the only question is if it will be "up to code". One more thing Tranzan, I would give my right hand if i could draw like that (even though it would defeat the purpose, LOL)
Seda: I cant, they're made that way. I suppose I'll have to practice levatating pens in a cubicle or something similar!!

It looks great ... My preference would be longer tabbards, but Like I said it is a preference ... Is you belt complete or a work in progress, It looks like a good start on it ... The pants look great, I find that is the part the I have the hardest time finding something comfortable ... All in all a very good job.
