We DO allow black boots and belts. As for the pictures, we are aware of the not up to scruff ones. I have a Council memeber working on that. Also bear in mind, that some of the photos are old and were taken before we started asking for full length and well lit. Which was a month ago. There is a new memeber who's picture I sent back 3 times to be redone for one reason or another. We try to be reasonable about it, and it's not an easy task to get a good picture out of someone. Trust me on that! I denied a BUNCH of memebrships last month simply because they didn't submit a photo at all. Go figure as to why they would want to do that!

It seems to me to be pretty much common sense with regards to the photo. Well lit and full length; so that we can see the costume, that is the whole point of having the photo! All it takes is to look at the Council member's photos which are linked right from the homepage. Oh well.

I'm glad black boots and belts are allowed. I'm going to need something other than brown boots and belt to offset all the brown I want to incorporate into my Jedi costume.

I'm am having a black belt made for me, I would have a brown one made but my second favorite caracter in starwars beside Plo Koon, is Darth Maul, i'm actually going to make a Plo Koon and Darth Maul costume. And a Black belt will work for both but i will get a brown one in the furture.
