I love MR, and their quality is great. I don't like it when they say that they are accurate though.
I believe that the costumes will be great. Accurate, hmmm, I dunno. I can't wait to see that costume book coming out in Oct. I heard there's sample materials in the limited edition

Only problem I have with MR is...
why do they make scaled down replicas? If I wanted to buy a replica, I'd want it actual size, not .45.

It will be interesting to see what they come up with and see how accurate it is. I want a Primrodo review when they come out. Personally, I like my custom costumes based off the characters and tweaked a bit.

personally i think that it is way too much for a "costume". you could make the BEST EVER jedi "costume" for that money and have ALL acessories including a lightsaber (though not an El more than likely) lets see here boots from motor cowboy 390.00 now i think. belt from saberbelt or parks 87.00 including parcel shipping or 70.00 including shipping covertec clip 10-15.00 robe 70.00 if you make your own (most i see are very good and very accurate) Using high quality material and tunics another 50-70.00 so far i up to like 635.00 on the high end. lightsaber im buying one for around 75.00 a ep4 obi wan replica (no blade) that's 705.00. however my "costume" all together is 500.00 including evrything i mentioned above. (not buying motorcowboy boots) thats the 200.00 dollar difference.

I've lost track of what I've spent, but passed $2000 a least a year ago, however, I have more than one of most thing, except the belt, and I'm thinking of another one of those as well. So, I guess say about $3000, and counting.

I just added my costume up ... it is about $1100, and I built everything my self except the pouches ... those were $80. The material in my cloak my itself is around $240. my next major upgrade is boots, there is about another $400

Only problem I have with MR is... why do they make scaled down replicas? If I wanted to buy a replica, I'd want it actual size, not .45. Yeah I felt that way too at first. But the thing with me is that although I would love to have a replica of each character's saber, that would be way too much for my budget! The .45 scale replicas are affordable, and I was surprised at the the quality when I picked one up at a con. They're heftier than they look.... changed my opinion! I only have one so far but I would really like to collect more of them... I like the weathered ANH Obi-Wan.... looking for one of those.
