There are things made to wear under pro mascot costumes, they hold those freeze packs in strategic places and they do help, but are fairly expensive, they are the sort of thing that theme park employees wear under the big costumes, but it could be made fairly easily. You would need to work out a pattern. I've often thought about making one, but a simpler version, for under the Jedi in hot weather.

No, I think I'd prefer the icy vest thing myself.

I have my head, the mouth will definately have to be redone, it looks like he has this big stupid open mouthed pink grin on his face all the time and it reminds me of harry from harry of the hendersons, everything is perfect but that mouth though

Me either, we got the Supreme Edition Wookie in at the store, not bad, but could have been better, I put 1 in the window. Mostly I was not happy about the way the hair is attached, it will not last as long as it should. It also has no feet, not even hairy shoe covers. The Vader is much better, both in looks & quality, I like that one.

Sorry about the wait, i had this thing finished months ago but ive been out in the middle of nowhere with limited computer use so without further adieu (adieu.... ?) here is the mostly completed wookiee outfit it still needs some peppering in places so theres the wookiee, now all i need are the robes ...*sigh*

BEAUTIFUL!!! Well, he looks menacing and dangerous, but such an excellent costuming job. I can't wait to see it in full Jedi gear.

That's incredible An idea I've had for cooling, is along the lines of NASA spacesuits... How about running a network of thin piping over something like longjohns, and using a fishtank waterpump to pump coolant (I've heard anti-freeze has better cooling properties than water when used in computer modifications)

yeah, theres somebody who has actually done the tubing thing before, i dont remember how it worked but i think it did work pretty well. i set myself up to make whatever is needed by turning the jumpsuit, inside out and it has some huge pockets on the chest for putting stuff in
thanks for the suggestions everyone
