Ok so here's the deal.
I have a complete set of new tunics and belts for next month. I am totally excited. But it got me working on two others.
Qui-Gon tattooine, basically all it is is new tunics and the poncho, so it will be easy and in-expensive (realitivy speaking)
Also I have gotten the cross over bug and started another costume. Rebel pilot. Its the only outfit I really liked besides the jedi so its in the works.
Oh well!

Hey, aside from the 2 non-Jedi SW costumes I have, I just finished my 4th Jedi outfit, so I'll have one for each day at CIII. I even made a new outfit for Yoda. I'm annoyed that I can't find his backpack; I might have to make another one.
And to top that off, I was trying out he outfit I just finished, sitting, standing, moving the tunic ties around. And I did a little reading. Yup, reading a SW book while wearing a Jedi costume, it's the life of a fan.

I have new undertunics, tabards and obis and several new tunics, pants too. I am also attending CIII with a Jedi change of clothes for each day........although my pants are all the same color. I tried different colors for experiment and just never liked them so I am sticking to the old fav. One note though, the Dickies pant in chocolate brown is getting very difficult to find in my region (at least in my size) I am now buying any pair I can find. I like the Dickies non pleated work pant, very durable and good colors. Of course I remove the Dickies label first and wash them about a gozzilian times to get the starch out. Sears also had a good dark brown work pant but can't find em now, they might have discontinued them or at least that color.

And to think, two weeks ago you were like, "I just happened upon this site, and I don't have a Jedi name. Anyone else in NJ? Echo Base, what's that? Where do i go for a Rebel Pilot costume? Ed; who's Ed? Really, Anakin's tabards are brown? What kind of rivits did you find? I need more costumes!!" lol! See what hanging out with me and Leda will do to you?

Corrupted another have you? Well, if I pack like I did for the Boston Megafest, I'll have nothing in my luggauge but a sewing machine & Jedi costumes, no clothes at all that I'd wear in public. "We're going out to eat, you need to wear clothes", "Well, that might be a problem, I didn't bring any, what's the worse that could happen?" "But if you wear that you'll get MOCKED!" "That's OK, I'm from NY" ;D So, we wore them anyway.

Besides it could be worse you could have had bagels on your head and I could have been in white ABS!

Oh, I'm looking forward to going to the mall food court at CIII in Jedi costume! I'll be looking for any other Jedi to go food hunting with, too. Nothing better than going out to eat in costume, though at CIII there are likely to be so many it really won't stand out.

I am gonna start a new thread. Its gonna be called for everyone who's a looser like me and not at CIII. Oh well I will be wearing my jedi outfit and petting my little ewok dog's head. She is cool. Nahh I'm going to miss C3 too. Yer not a loser.;-)
Jedi gear and fast food joints. Humm.<rubs chin> I've eaten in many types of resturants in the garb. I didn't notice being looked at but I wasn't paying attention to them anyway.:-D Nove, think not hving clothing with you is ruff. Try having to move someplace and your ride has LIMITED cargo space. Coming from South Florida to here, I hitched a ride with folskt MegaCon so all I had were my convention clothing. IE jedi clothing. The rest of my clothing was being shipped to my new location which I didn't find out til the day of megaCon. Erggg. So I was wearing my jedi clothing for a week or two til my own stuff arrived. Thankfully I had enough to last that long adna working wahser.:-D
I'l say they'er very comfortable and can be mistaken for Rennie cothing by the average joe of you leave off the hardware and leather belt.;-)
