For the Jedi who is bored and may want to try this experiment. Make sure you do it OUTSIDE, a sticky mess in the temple wouldn't be cool. eepybird.com/index.html They first drilled 1/4" hole in the soda cap, and the mint. Hung the mints on a string suspended just over the soda. put the cap on, shake a little, and STAND back. A twenty foot gyser goes sky high.:-D coooool. :-D |

Cool! Old Faithful in your own backyard! I remember dropping an edible candy brick (a la' Legos) into my brothers Sprite once and my Dad got mad 'cause it made a biiiig mess.  |

This was on the early Show and they had it on one of our local news too. Gather diet coke, because of no super, works better.

What's with all this 'hehehe'-ing? Is there an echo in here?   Never did get a chance to try it out last weekend.  Maybe this weekend. Hey, maybe that FanFilm, Legacy of the Jedi, could do a sequel with a new bad guy turning their love for breath mints against them! Shumgoo! (a new word my Dad made up) I tried it on the Fourth, but mine was a dud. I made two mistakes, really. 1: the bottle wasn't completely full, and 2: it was diet Pepsi instead. It sprayedabout 6 in. into the air for a total of two seconds. About the only thing I've accomplished is getting my bro hooked on Mentos.  |
