It is rumored, although I have found no one who has purchase one yet that the Classic Trilogy released on DVD with the new nostalgic box recently contains the theatrical releases of the Classic trilogy. Can anyone clear this up? I refuse to spend money on another set unless I know for sure that there is something different other than a card board box. If you have purchased this and can vouch that it is indeed the original theatrical release (which GL said he would never do) and not the re-done tweaked version released last year on DVD then I will rush down and buy one........

I've seen the box set in question, and it doesn't say anything about the special edition - just remastered... but I sincerely doubt we'd be so lucky.

My understanding is that it is just the Star Wars Trilogy DVD release without the 4th extras disk.
