Oh yeah! I'm gonna be dj for the day. Dad always sang alot so I've been collecting all his favorite songs. I've got 3 hours of music so far lol! Take me out to the ball game, beer barrel polka, hello dolly.... Not to mention that people will want to dance to I'll have to think of stuff for that... Shout, YMCA, etc...

haha I like that one ... procashtination... Oh yeah... those are some good dancing tunes!  I want to make this a fun dance party without having too much disco or club music. I want a nice mix... like that alt version of sweet home Alabama Ive been hearing. Also throw some boot scootin boogie in there lol and that Oppa Gangnam style would be hilarious! |

At my sister Caroline's wedding reception we all had fun dancing the Electric Glide and The Macarena. Those two will be hits at the party.

I remember going out to bars/clubs back in the 90's and they would actually play that stuff and the dance floor would be so packed there was no room left! I've never been good at learning line dances. You couldn't drag me out there. I really like the song called All Summer Long... a spin off of Sweet Home Alabama. |
