Im not sure if this will help you or not.
This is how i was going to add a 3/4" EL blade to mine.
You should get the idea. Im sure it could be adapted for what you want.
Most of the Saber Sites make machined parts for stunt and other blades, random, RLSA, and SaberShop to mention a few, but i think the adapters are about $30.
To save money, you may want to draw up a print, and take it to your towns highschool, if it has a machine shop class, they might make it for doughnuts, my shop did that when i took that class
