Ahh, I did mean for the emitter and end piece... If you haven't got a dremel, you can still cut a curve in an emitter by using a hacksaw to make two diagonal cuts, (more of a wide V shape) then work the metal back and forth till it snaps away, and then use hand-files to finalize the shape
