Working on another small saber (about 7") and a tutorial along with it. There will be pics.
very easy to make, little or no tools, parts available in sizes from youngling to adult from local hardware stores (I shop Lowe's).
Will post the tutorial here with a few pics and provide download link to one with plenty more for illustration purposes.
