I used windshield wiper blades for my grips.
You may need to purchase the entire blade assembly. Replacement blades may be hard to find.
Remove the blade and its hard plastic back from the assembly.
Now slide the rubber blade out of the hard backing.
It is this hard backing that I used.
Just measure the backing for proper length, cut with an x-acto knife and secure it to the hilt with double sided tape.
This made a very good looking and functional grip for my lightsaber.
