Thanks all.
The main body of the sabre(s) are made from Henry vacuum pipes. I dont know if the Henry brand is available in the US but picked up replacements from a UK based ebay store.
The emmitters and pommel were machined out of aluminium and the black sections are black plastic plumbing pipe with bands of heatshrink applied for a rubberised grip.
