I hope I don't make anyone mad, but I'm desperate. I've been planning a political commercial parody called 'Vote No on Order 66' for quite some time now, but I need help...lots of it.
I've been looking for about twelve Jedi of all ages to be actors in it. Every single place I've posted a message has basically said 'sorry, don't post here. Try so-and-so'. So far I've posted on TF.N's FanFilm forum, the local fanForce chapter, the RL boards, and the local chapter of RL. I have gotten maybe three people interested, and then just for helping with effects.
So far, I have no location, no actors, and a minimal crew. I was planning on getting this thing out by the elections, but with the primaries coming up...I don't know if I can do this anymore. I've even tried talking to my friends, buit even if I was able to get twelve non-costuming actors, the cost of putting good costumes on a dosen Jedi at once is prohibitive. I need poeple with their own costumes.
Are there any Jedi in the Southern California area who can help? I don't really need twelve; even six would be better than nothing.
If this needs to be reposted anywhere, or even removed, then by all means, do so. I'm at the end of my rope.
