I don't think it's ever been made clear what happens to either Sith or Jedi after they die. My guess is that they all return to the Force, losing their individulaity, but "living" on with the generic living background signal in the galaxy. Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and Yoda retaining their identity beyond death is unusual and presumably beyond the power of a Sith. And I wonder how long they last in that disembodied state? They may eventually fade back into the Force with time.
