I like the simple graphic one, but the starwars.com pins that have "JEDI" on them obviously can't be canon because of the English lettering. The simple graphic resembles the Rebel Alliance symbol, so that would make it a good choice. But even if the Jedi did have a logo, they certainly don't display it very prominently, unless there's some fine print or background details in the last movies that the fans have missed.
