This is a Z-95 Headhunter. It is the predecessor to the X-Wing. Unlike the X-Wing, it has two S-foils instead of four, lacks an astrodroid unit, and has no hyperdrive (although later models had an add-on hyperdrive engine).
It has been flown by the likes of Mara Jade, and Jaden (from Jedi Academy).
I'm a little embarrassed to say I forgot about this one when I created the poll.
