Unfortunately, "There is no emotion, there is control," sounds even more heavy-handed. I'd try "There is no fury, there is peace." Or, "There is no wrath, there is peace.".
I saw that 4-line Code in "I, Jedi", but I don't know if that's the first place where it's been used in the EU.
