by the code as interpreted in the Old Republic, they're not allowed attachment. Only under extraordinary circumstances is marriage permitted. Ki-adi Mundi is married for special reason. Other than that I know of no other Jedi-sanctioned attachment. That was conveniently forgotten in NJO as several Jedi were married.
