Yes I've also studied the deadly art of Wang Chung, first developed in the mid 1980s. It was a one hit art.
I haven't had the need to use anything I've learned (knock wood). But a cute little thing happened at work a while back:
A co-worker decided to have a little fun by flinging an elastic band at me. I turned my head at nearly the last second to see my vision completely filled by the red band. I instantly reacted and my body bent in kind of an S shape avoiding the band.
My friend just stood there with his mouth open... He said I looked like something out of The Matrix. LOL!
