Barris' and Luminara's clothing seems to be a very deep purole or brown or navy depending on the lighting. But it doesn't mean that the male Mirilian jedi dress the same way. What's distinctive are the differant tattos and skin tones. I hadn't seen any pictures, or liturature on what tatoos mean what. I'm guessing they could be geometric or free flowing. Play around with sketches,see what shouts out."Hey this fits!" and go with it.
You can make a male's skin tone a little darker if he's in the sun a lot or is just plain darker toned.
