I think her skin tone is called "Fruit wood" shade. A native tree on their home world. Her skin looks like it's a yellowish/green shade. Might be a combinaition of yellow and green. Not quite an asian shade maybe more Vulcan. Maybe try a bronze-ish ahde with a hint of green and see how that can work.
The tatoos represent the individuals occipaition, possibly family /clan affiliation. Luminara's tattos look differant then Luminara's I'm unsure why though. I can hunt about and pass it along.
