Also I take a slice of bar-b-qued beef brisquit top it with some sharp cheese of any flavor and slather it in beer mustard, and put it all between a pan toasted crossant. That sounds yummy! My favorite sanwich consists of toasted multigrain bread, wasabi/horseradish sauce, swiss flavor soy cheese, and fresh spinach leaves. And a Jersey tomato, when they're in season. ;D
