What color lightsaber would you want?

I love the idea of many different blade colors, although in one of the documentaries in the EP2 DVD, GL states quite clearly to Sam Jackson that Sith have red sabers and Jedi have blue or green. He said something like, "That's just the way it is." But then again, when Sam said something to the effect of, "So a purple blade is out of the question?", George said maybe, and we all know how that turned out.
I personally would never want to have to say no to Sam Jackson, heh. ;D
