What I wouldn't give for the body of a 20 year old again..for as much as I try to stay in shape...the aches and pains just get worse every year....I did one of our volunteer restoration workdays for the local Forest Preserve District yesterday...and after only 4 hours (in minus 7 degrees with the windchill) of chainsawing, brush stacking and brush cutting my body is screaming at me.....
