Dennis- My outer robe actually came with my old tunic. It was a one time ebay auction that I won over a year ago. It was not from a professional seamstress (in fact the seams are pretty amateurishly done).
The robe itself isn't too bad- however if you take a close look at it you can see some major flaws- mostly in symmetry. Fortunately the oversized look hides this well. I'm pretty sure it's pure wool.
