Yes... this picture is very good. It's the ones where you can only see a small portion of the costume that are questionable. Sometimes the only reference photo is cloaked, or sometimes the costume is only described briefly in a book. Sometimes too much is left open for interpretation.
The wide collar looks to me like it's part of the tunic, and the tighter collar could be an undershirt of some sort, or even a di*ckie. It could be attached, or not. The tabards look like they can be attached to the large belt, or to the waistline of the tunic itself, which to me looks like a simple sleeveless woman's dress with some piping running up the middle and around the collar. I think the boots and that one bit of shoulder armor might be the hardest parts to replicate. The gloves look like you could extend a pair of fingerless leather gloves and attach dog collars around them.
It's funny trying to decide how a costume is made when it's never been made before! Last year I made my son Adam an Inu Yasha costume, and since that's just an anime cartoon, it was difficult making the pieces stay in place! Animated clothing tends to defy gravity sometimes! lol!
