I think the tunic is modified to close a little like a Polar jacket, and is sleeveless. The underpart is some kind of skirt. Should be doable.
Instead of the undertunic, it seams to be some kind of fancy turtle neck.
Over the tunic are pretty usual Jedi tabbards and obi, with a pretty usual PT Jedi belt.
Over the tabbards is some type of burgundy top - maybe made of leather. I'd like to see how it is attached in the back.
The bracers are most likely the same material, and are attached several places.
I think there are 2 aditionnal belts under the tabbards on the skirt area of the tunic.
Boots should be kinda tricky to get.
She's got 2 green bladed sabers, I believe the design is simple, but would need some close ups.
