"Modern" Jedi

I was thinking about this a few nights ago as I was practicing my sword play in anticipation of my RLSA sabre coming in. If Jedi were real, and in our time, I don't think they'd go with the full out robes. They'd be a little obsolete and there are more efficient options. I was thinking: Maybe one way to do it would be to wear tan pants and a t shirt, and a plain button up shirt of the robe colour and wear it open. You could still wear the boots I suppose. This would be a good way to show your Jedi pride when wearing a full costume isn't exactly acceptable. (Sith would just be an all black variant. And I guess Anakin's thing could be black pants, dark brown shirt to represent the dark tabards, black or dark brown open shirt.)
