Ice down your back when wearing robes outside

I sometime use the chemical cold packs and wrap them at pulse points like on my arms, and that works really well, and they don't get the costume or you wet. When they are close to the pulse points, the blood is cooled more easily, and that helps keep the whole body cool. I sometime do this at Ren Faires, or when doing a costume with an over the head mask.
