No I mean they colour corrected the movie, just not the pants. And no he wore the same material in the whole movie, only costume change was to Darth Vader, nothing in the way you suspect. Colours shift dramtically depending on studio lighting and a bunch of other factors, and they really do change for that..I've worked in enough productions and photoshoots to have experience in that....heck my photos are lit mostly by mercury lights which gives a usually green-yellow cast to everything. the only thing you can trust is your eyes when you see the actual stuff in public, and there have been 3 seperate costumes displayed, all with the same colour scheme. Sorry the entire costume stays the same colours all the way through the movie.

As for the tabards, Anakin basically has Obi-Wans costume in brown with added leather tabards
