The pouches are used Argentine ammo pouches I got from sportsmansguide.com, the pill bottles came from Walgreen's or CVS (and I have found them in both silver and gold now). If you notice, I have both a covertec and a regular saber clip so I can hang sabers with covertec wheels or D-rings on this belt. The wide belt I found at a thrift shop. The narrow belt and loops that hide the rivets I made myself, as I did the food capsules.
Not in the shot are two more pouches I made out of Case Logic digital camera cases from Wal-Mart. They're black, so I used a sanding wheel on my Dremel to scuff up the surfaces and to sand off the "Case Logic" on the metal enclosure, then used fabric paint to paint them brown. With those two pouches, the ammo pouches, and the pill bottles, I'm able to carry my keys, money, ID, debit card, and everything else I need on my belt, so I don't need pockets in my pants.
