Whenever I get bored in class I doodle lightsabers or random jedis. I've drawn a lot, but all of them are scattered among different school notebooks. Here are some that I found:
My jedi portrait. Not the best one I've drawn, but it was the only one I could find.
A Dark Jedi/Sith.
A Clone Wars jedi (my favorite).
My most recent creation...a ninja jedi!
I also modified a "create-your-own-south-park-character" to resemble me in my jedi costume with my "dream saber":
I'll see if I can find some of my other drawings!
