Jayden, If the machine won't start, see if you can start it by turning the wheel on the right side of the machine toward you until the needle lowers and then press the foot down. Also, check that all buttons are on, and all plugs are in, I know that sounds dumb, but some of my machines have on /off buttons and some don't.
