I could definitely make more of these. Shhh on the $$$, never know if GL's lawyers are lurking. I don't want to get into some business with these things though; I don't know what shipping would be like since it's very little material but such great volume that it takes up. My best advice is to make your own cardboard cutouts first. You can base the shapes on the pic I have of the outlines on sintra. Play around with it until you find a way to make it fit you. Talk to a local plastic distributor, or buy sintra online. You only need about a quarter sheet (2'x4') to make this. I'll try and make a tutorial soon. But after getting advice from a 501st guy I know about sintra, everything was really easy. Everything I did on this from planning to the mostly painted stage it's in now took perhaps 20 hours of work. It's not bad.
