I've washed Dupioni, but hung it to dry, and then pressed it, I like it a bit softer then the really crispy finish, I think it drapes better. Silk Dupioni robes would be beautiful. I've got some silk broadcloth sandwashed that I'm going to make a set of robes from, nice a flowy, very soft & drapey. This might be for a DCon special set.
