Ok, so it's sort of a "starter" digital camera. Almost a toy, but it does have 5 megapixles and it was only $99 at Mervyn's on sale.I spent almost half that on a memory card for it though!
Wow! 5 megapixle camera for $99?!?!?!
My 5 megapixle camera cost me well over $500! But I have no regret buying it because it can take perfect photos in very dim light without flash.Your camera must use an XD memoru card like mine for it to cost that much. How many MB is your memory card?
As for costume problem, me and my group sort of have that licked. We almost always troop in a group, so we all watch out for each other and adjust each other's costumes. We also have our own support crew(to carry and look after our street clothes and other personal stuff not convenient to have on our costume) and designated cameramen, who will also look out for us before taking a shot. The worse situation we'd be caught in are usually the hood of the cloak falling to one side when the photo is being taken(if we have out hood up), or being caught chitchatting ;D
On the occassions when I need to ask someone other then our designated cameraman to take photos for me, I find that most people have no clue on how to frame a good shot. They seem intend on showing as much of the face and body as possible.
A lot of people I ask to take picture for me can not for the life of them understand why I want to include so much of the surrounding and reduce myself to only occupying a small portion of the entire photo. They'll either keep moving closer towards me or mess around with the zoom function despite me showing them exactly where I want them to stand and tell them to just take my photo without any adjustment to the camera *sigh*
