I have a tripod. I have a digital camera with a timer. So, I updated my TJA costume picture (OK, yeah, I agree; having my lightsaber blade coming out my left ear is perhaps a little undignified but I saved it for the alternate picture. )
Jedi costumes are soooooooo simple. And yet there are so many thing that can come out not looking right.
--- sleeves pulled back --- lightsaber hiding behind your tabard --- collar wrinkled --- food capsules out of line --- pants out of boots --- hips look big --- hair doing weird things --- obi bunching up
And the ever popular....
--- unflattering expression on your face.
< sigh >
I LOVE digital cameras! If it doesn't come out right....DELETE! It's miraculous. You can do all kinds of experimentation with them. And now that I've found the manual focus menus, I can make as many bad pictures as I want. Not that I'm GOOD with the manual options, but I can at least delete the excess.
