I really like the sound of the character, especially the idea of the handwraps to slow her down to other Jedi's levels 
It'd be good to see any costume concepts you have (even if they're not strictly screen accurate ;D) A suggestion, if I may, is rather than handwraps (which might look a bit 'rough') how about something like these?
